Refund & Return Policy 

At Amora&Rose, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return an item.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and — where applicable — with the original tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that the time required for a returned item to reach our facility may vary depending on the customer's location and the shipping carrier. Refunds can only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact customer service before returning your item.
